Can't believe your comparing the fitness of a marathon runner to that of a boxer, it's a completely different type of fitness.

Yeah that's a fair point mate. A bad debilitating injury could swing it in McGregors favour.

    Exactly you spaztik

Same as mma is completely different to boxing which is why you see mma guys gas doing light sparring re:dillishaw/Loma

Equally if Floyd tries to grapple he would gas in about 2 minutes

Outside of your sport anyone gassed makes no odds who you are .

Shane Mosley said Mayweather hits as hard as Canelo (well when he was at 147 anyway), and Spence backed that up saying when he wants to dig in a hard shot, you will feel it (he generally doesn't put too much sauce on his shots to avoid hurting those brittle hands). Conor won't have ever experienced that accuracy and although its unlikely he will get 1 punch KO'd, ref will have to jump in or corner will have to stop the fight

Mayweather will either win every round, don't think it will go the distance but either way it's a farce. Look I can see why both guys are taking the fight, don't blame them but it's a joke as far as being a contest is concerned. McGregor if he was a British boxer would probably struggle to win a area title if thrown in his first fight.

Great example Curtis Woodhouse, was a professional athlete and by his own admission s good street fighter but I am sure he would admit a big difference to boxing ! He done great learned his trade and eventually won a British title but I am sure he would be first to admit if you put him in at that level in his first pro fight he would have been chinned. Then let's face fact McGregor isn't entering at British level but ATG level, it's a freak show !

I refuse to believe this fight is on the level.

It it actually happens it will be an exhibition, Floyd carrying Conor and making it look good.

Either that, or it's real and Conor is going to go MMA on Floyd in the first round, get DQ'd, maybe forfeit a few million, but become an absolute legend.

Anderson Silva is an all time great MMA fighter but got done in 2 rounds by some nobody on the Brazilian circuit when he tried his hand at boxing. Donald Cerrone got knocked out in the second round by a guy with a record of 8-11 and only one other KO to his name. McGregor is obviously not very good, as we can see from his sparring video and he's about to fight one of the greatest boxers of all time. He has no chance and is going to get stopped very early and very easily.

Floyd won't only beat and embarrass McGregor, he's going to beat him up and stop him.

This is nothing more than a money making freak show, but Floyd is a show off and he will want to beat some humility into McGregor after all the talk, and highlight the huge difference between Boxing and MMA.

McGregor best hope that Floyd is in a good mood, because he is about to get a shellacking that he might never recover from.

Alls the fight is " a Pantamine no question " mockery of boxing, normally u need to be a Champion Elect to fight the most elite boxer in the world, but that is not the case this time round all about fortune, it's got plenty of attraction for the casual Fan but really it's a money spinner making a mockery of the sport!
