Wel it was boring Fight, but still decent performance...

haye actually showed Ring intelligence at that Fight.

He showed he can box when he has to and move very well too.

I think if Haye did not break his arm he might have knocked Valuev out.

i'd say disappointing....but at the same time...Valuev will rarely make his opponents look good...(due to his huge size)

It was a boring fight. I thought Haye won only because he landed some power punches (very few but he did) and rocked Valuev good in the 12th. Valuev didn't not land a single power punch, at least that's what I remember (only watched it once). He only landed jabs because of his ridiculous size advantage.

I agree with this assessment. Haye did nothing for the majority of the fight but run. Valuev at least scored with some of those pole-ax jabs. Perhaps both should have been banned from the sport for their respective perfomances.

Valuev was completely robbed. I've seen bad decisions, but this was absolutely the worst.

I never cared for Valuev and had high expectations of Haye after all the **** talking and his Cruiser record.

To sum it up, there was 11 rounds of Valuev pressing the action, trying to make it a fight, landing jabs and right hands (nothing huge) while Haye ran and threw the occasional single punch.

Then, in the 12th, as the clock was winding out, Haye landed the single biggest punch of the fight and wobbled Valuev...and ran away instead of trying to do finish him.

When they announced Haye as the winner my jaw was on the floor. Those judges should all be banned for boxing.

It was an embarrassing win, and every time I read about anyone on here saying Haye deserved it, I shake my head and laugh.

Haye was out-boxed by a shitty fighter because he was afraid to engage.

I wouldn't be surprised if years down the road we learn that it was fixed. No, I'm not kidding. It was absolutely that one sided that it wasn't even close.
