I'd say 6 to 7. He had solid power that would gain his opponent's respect and could back guys up, but never one-punch power.
Im going for an 8 Both Tyson and Mercer had cast iron heavyweight Jaws and Holyfield had them both down and hurt badly, He also floored Bowe who outweighed him by 30 pounds.
1-5 are irrelevant, he's not Chris Byrd. I'd say 7, he had enough power to eventully break you down and stun you, but not on punch KO power.
In his prime 90-97, id give him a 5 or 6 , now it would be a 2 or 3, he usually would wear people down thru his will-determination-heart, and his stamina, now he's just to damn old to pull the trigger, against Valuev he only threw about 20 punches a round..
Douglas dropped from a straight 'Holy' right, but Douglas was already cashing in his chips by weighing in at 246 pounds..... Holy's power is there.... He's either wobbled, dropped or stopped just about all his big name opponets / victims..... MR.BILL
Riddick Bowe Dropped from a single left hook.. Ray Mercer, was mentally affected and made to hesitate..because of Evander Holyfield power. I honestly believe he hit, Mike Tyson so hard. His leg's could'nt even be assed, giving away.
Tell that to Michael Dokes who was in great shape and pumped in 1989 at age 30, and 225 pounds.... MR.BILL
