He wasn't gone. He had his senses with him. He was blocking and slipping punches and right after in the midst of all of that he came back and hurt Corley. He was hurt, but he wasn't gone... against a better finisher he wouldn't have been gone either, as he had his defense on at that point.

It's tough to rate, I'd probably give it an 8 or so but it's too hard to really tell. There's guys who seemingly use ridiculous chins as a weapon...don't even bother with defense just get hammered and walk through them playing a kind of psychological game common to pressure fighters (i.e. Margarito).

How? He still rolled with the punches and put his guard up. He did exactly what he was suppose to do.

It will be interesting to see if Mosley will be able to get him in a similar position and what Shane is able to do if he does.

Agreed....the compelling thing about the Mosley fight is that Shane is probably the hardest puncher he's ever faced. PBF has dealt well with adversity before, but he's barely evey had to recover from really being hurt....

thats what I was thinking! How do you rate someones chin if they have never, and is unlikely to ever, take a ko shot flush on the money? :conf

  10. I don't see how people look at that GIF of hatton and mayweather and don't see that he tripped over ricky's foot. Hate can blind the most obvious things.

corely hit him good and flush, it stunned him but he recovered quickly. Not only that he didnt panic, he handled it very well and didnt allow corely to land a follow up shot.

Well with Corley Mayweather sort of had little respect for the guys strength. He was squared up, something Mayweather never really does and got hit inbetween throwing a slow punch. I highly doubt that he would make those kinds of mistakes against Mosley. But Mosley may be able to catch him inbetween his punches... but he is going to have to throw straight punches, he loads up too much on his shots. Loading up against Mayweather will be a easy night for him. He needs to dress mayweather up with punches that will just be designed to touch him. Throw the Jab and touch him with punches to get Mayweather to open up, then through a straight hard shot. No loaded up punches, it won't work.

whos ever hit him with a clean clean shot to the chin??

The Judah knock down was floyd being unbalanced

The ricky hatton hit, was off balance to. did not get wobbled, stung or hurt......

never been tested or put through any rough fights and thats why he'll be fresh to fight untill hes like 40..lol

When he eats Mosley's Right hand I'll see how I can rate him :)
If he had more of a slugger style then it would be obvious.
