I did a top 10 once. Don't know which thread it was in though. If i go higher than top 10 it gets really complicated because its so subjective. Top 10 is a headache as it is. But i'll give it a go right now off the top of my head...

Old Fogey i have noticed recently is a ****ing T1000 Terminator when it comes to debating, he clearly does his homework, is learned in all eras and knows his **** and is no.1 lock, imo.

2-4 are locks also but can be mixed around, though i like my order. Pete is cool headed with clarity, the most objective and the least emotionally attached to fighters and very knowledgable. MAG is a relentless, unstoppable, one man Thomas Hearns hype machine and views Duran as a human being, which scores massively under my criteria. I, Pachilles, have the most elite observational skills on the board and have many intangibles also.

5-9 are the most well rounded and technically gifted posters on the board though in certain posts they tend to be a little predictable and stubborn to change an original opinion

10-12 are an interesting bunch. Any could easily crack the top 5-10, though WhatARock has large spells of inactivity. frankenfrank and Boiler are two very unique, yet interesting characters. Their extraterrestrial points of view gets them as high as they are, as their delivery is captivating, though their substance is a little warped and not to everyones taste.

the 13-15 spots are really open to maybe 15 or 20 more posters, so i just went on intangibles with Boxed Ears' entertainment value, Stonehands article catering and Unforgiven's politician-like debating skills

 

Would I crack your top 75 Pachilles?

I'm guessing you just forgot about me.

 

In the Lounge you would crack a top 50, no doubt. In the classic, im afraid to say you are lacking in, well...class. You've kind of fallen into the 'snob' category of posters who spend more time criticising other posters posts than putting your own out for scrutiny, making cookie cutter P4P lists, following fads(MW Duran, Holmes jab etc) and going against the grain(ironically at the same time as everyone else is). And correcting spelling mistakes.

Behind all the posturing it is clear you knowledgable, though. And i see no reason why you shouldnt make the top 75 on longevity and popularity alone

You are a very gifted poster, Pater. Observational skills that rival my own and knowledge that rivals posters 50 years your senior. There is one thing that lets you down massively though. You try too hard. All that knowedge stuffed inside that still developing cranium of yours. Youthful vigor only worsens your issue and you clearly lack clarity. As gifted as you are, your brain no doubt, is telling you that the kangaroo jab of Fitzsimmons is awful, but at such an impressionable age, the teeny bopper obsession of fitting into the sub culture is making you lie, and perhaps see things with warped vision. I feel your opinions are heavily influenced by your peers, the wrong peers, and that you've been fed to the sharks very young and tender. But you will no doubt grow into a great poster with tremendous longevity and knowledge which will no doubt see you into the top 5, perhaps, in time.

As of now though i'd say any lower than top 25 would be underrating you. Top 10 or higher would be overrating you
