This is my alternative to it based on resume rather than perceived talent with p4p factor considered:

    1. Mosley
    2. Danny Garcia
    3. Pacquiao
    4. Marquez
    5. Byrd
    6. Froch
    7. Bradley
    8. GGG
    9. Kovalev
    10. Provodnikov

    11. Toney
    12. Reggie Johnson
    13. Glen Johnson
    14. Brewster
    15. Mauricio Herera
    16. Whitaker
    17. Afolabi
    18. Lebedev
    19. Cunningham
    20. Tarver

    21. Vince Phillips
    22. JCC
    23. Frankie Randall
    24. DLH

How come Garcia over Pacquiao ?
    1. Getting KOd is a part of resume
    2. Stopping drained Cotto and drained and past prime DLH does not count as much as most count these.
    3. Morales was drained in his 2nd and more so in his 3rd fights vs Pacquiao.
    4. Marquez is in fact 5 years older than Pacquiao and probably still has a back injury (which delayed his pro debut) and he still KOd him. But did he, or did he not step on Pacquiao's foot while doing so or at least in his 1st KD of him?

    1. Toney
    2. Calzaghe
    3. Mayweather Jr
    4. Jones Jr
    5. Whitaker
    6. Pacquaio
    7. Morales
    8. Barrera
    9. Hamed
    10. Eubank/Lennox/Oscar/Hopkins

Chavez was at his best in the 80s, likewise Nunn and Meldrick Taylor.
