Rate Pacman's Defensive Skill

    I didn't say he had a shabby defence, it's pretty good at this point, but in what regard is it 'excellent'? Cotto hit him everytime he actually threw punches, he couldn't slip Cotto's jab and still got hit when he put his hands up to block the right hands and left-hooks.

    His offense is the majority of his defense. If we are counting it on the basis of that, then's he's 'excellent' defensively. But I doubt we are. He doesn't get hit all that much anymore because he's always unloading. Defensively he's now pretty good, certainly not average, but 'excellent'? That's doubtful.

    Has anyone on this thread by any chance seen the punch stat numbers for pacquiao cotto. Here are a few rounds for ESB'ers to ponder. Remeber, Miguel cotto is a fighter who usually lands around 40% to 50% of his shots.
