The man to beat at 140 is Ruslan Provodnikov: Period.

Ruslan is that metaphorical Elephant in the room no one at 140 wants to acknowledge...much less fight.

If asked, people will give all kinds of excuses as to why Ruslan Sucks and no one needs to fight him: they will dance around the issue.
