Don't know much about the other three but Chase seems to be the best IMO.

 

Wade was very good, you have to be to split Sugar Ray Robinson's ribs in sparring

 

Moore was actually the whipping boy at the MW limit, Charles beat most of them at any weight but Bivins was beating Burley and Charles at the MW limit I think (would need to check), Marshall beat Burley although I'm not sure if he was over 160 or not

 

Still he is one of the best fighters of all time, I feel he has done enough to rank over some of the men who beat him.

 

Depends if we're talking P4P or solely MW
