Depends on how you define power.

There is the clubbing, everywhere they hit you is going to hurt type power and then there is the handspeed, punch placement, excellent punch mechanics type power.

In terms of clubbing type power, Hagler, Monzon and Greb rate well.

In terms of danger as punchers relative to in and around the MW mark, I would rank it:

1a. RJJ - frighteningly huge puncher - if not for G-Man and Benn fight I reckon he would've cemented his spot/perception as an absolute chin checker.

1b. SRR - reportedly punched with less ferocity post Doyle but still KO'd Fullmer on the turn of a penny.

3a. GGG - brutal puncher and extremely heavy handed. Don't think he carries the same fight changing potential as those I put above him.

3b. Hagler - not as big as GGG physically and throws sharper, snappier punches. Has an ATG power jab and a very good right hook.

5. Monzon - slowest handspeed but well-timed punches with deceptive power, especially the straight right behind the jab.

Ray Robinson was the greatest filmed two handed puncher that ever lived .. super talented and incredibly dangerous .. were simply taking middleweights here ..
