I've removed some of these options because they haven't been adequately tested enough yet to know or they're just irrelevant fighters.

Also removed Wilder because it's difficult to know what he is at. If this was 2020 I'd say 10.

Jared Anderson a 9? Im a fan but I don’t think he hits that hard. Bakole hits harder than him.

Usyk only at 4 despite the fact he hurt Chisora, AJ and stopped Dubois?

And what do all three of them men have in common when they were hurt by Usyk?

oh yea they were gassed out taking clean shots like heavybags. You let a 215 pound man level off on you or run into him it's going to hurt.

Usyk has good pop but gets stoppages through attrition. He basically just waited for Bellew to gas knowing he'd chin him down the stretch.

Fury is exactly the same but has an extra 50 pounds which makes his pop more spiteful rated at a 6 but he still relies on attrition.

    Oleksandr Usyk - 6
    Anthony Joshua - 8.5
    Joseph Parker - 7
    Tyson Fury - 7
    Daniel Dubois - 9.5
    Agit Kabayel - 7
    Zhilei Zhang - 9.5
    Joe Joyce - 7.5
    Filip Hrgovic - 7.5
    Otto Wallin - 5
    Murat Gassiev - 8
    Deontay Wilder - 9.5
    Dereck Chisora - 7.5
    Martin Bakole - 8.5
    Mak - 9.5
    Anderson - 7.5
    Efe Ajagba - 8
    Luis Ortiz - 7.5
    Bakhodir Jalolov 8.5

Not sure why Anderson is raked so high. I think I probably consider him a harder puncher than some others do but he's more an accumulation skills guy

Hrgovic is a difficult one because I don't think he's a massive puncher but I've heard numerous people who've sparred or fought him say he hits really hard. He throws a lot of arm punches but when he sits down on his right and a throws it full power it's definitely a very heavy shot

    Usyk has underrated power

If I go off Boxrec for top 20 and a couple other honourable mentions for HWs.

Usyk 6 (so skilled he doesn't need power)
    Fury 8 (underrated power)
    Joshua 9
    Parker 7.5
Dubois 9 (not sure how Joyce took those shots to the chin early in the fight)
    Kabayel 7.5
Zhang 9.5 (2nd below Wilder and Ngannou)
    Joyce 8
Hrgovic 8 (could be higher tbh)
    Ortiz 8 (underrated power)
    Wallin 6.5
    Gassiev 8 (underrated power)
    Ajagba 8
    Lerena 6.5
    Anderson 7.5
    Wilder 11 - seriously.
    Chisora 7.5
    Bakole 8 (similar to Hrgovic)
    Pulev 6.5
    Makhmudov 8.5

Whyte 8.5 (bit suprised that he hasnt been listed once prior my post - but can understand)
    Jalolov 8.5
    Ruiz 8
    Ngannou 11 - seriously again.
    Sanchez 7
