The first one would be the version of toney that fought holyfield or earlier versions when toney fought at above 200lbs obviously with age and extra weight he slowed down. His handspeed there was terrific. Hes closely followed by joe louis and late 80s -1992 Holyfield

One of the things lost thru time is that Louis had blinding handspeed, he really did. He might be a tad ponderous of foot but his hands were missiles. His sheer speed, accuracy and power made up for a helluva lot of footspeed.

I said the version of toney that fought holyfield at 217 or earlier versions when he missed the cruiserweight limit. Not the 38 year old semi shot fatass that fought rahman. And maybe you need to watch toney vs holyfield again. Toney had extremely fast hands at HW, yeah sure louis had alot more firepower per punch but toney was imo alittle faster. No one else in the list could have consistently hit another HW (even an unspectacular one like rahman) with wind up overhand haymakers at age 37. You need serious handspeed to pull that off

But only at specific instances, overall Louis is faster

Don't know to much about Gasiev, Peters, Joshua, Kovalev, and Toney so they will not be included.
    I'd rate them Louis>Holyfield>Liston>Marciano>Foreman

Damn, you guys don't know Gassiev?

Let me have the honor of introducing you:

    23 Years old.
    Cruiserweight champion.
    Scary power.
Trains closely with Golovkin at Big Bear

Will, in my opinion, KO Usyk in the final.

My point with including Gassiev is that he is far slower than Marciano, with way lesser pace.
However, nobody today would call him slow. He is obviously not super fast, but that's because of his style. Nobody today seems to have an issue seeing it that way.

Look at the speed of Gassiev:

Now, look at Marciano, who can't go one fantasy matchup thread without being called slow
