Recently Judah is moving down to get a belt because he thinks 147 is impossible

But 140 is not exactly childs play either

Berto said he wants to go to 140 then made a big 180 and said hed move up and fight cotto at 154

    Well which weight is best

how do you order 140 147 and 154 in terms of toughness

    I feel 147 was a power vacuum from like 06 to 09

I feel 140 has really taken off

154 aas some tough guys too Williams Sergey D Spinks Angulo Cotto Margo and some other 147 stars moving up

147 is losing talent as Judah and Berto wanna move down and Cotto moved up as did margo

147 has two weak belt holders in susenchenko with the WBA and Jan Zavek holds the WBA two obscure paper champs

at 140 you have a red hot prospect in alexander with a belt which seems like a joke having a prospect holding two belts the WBC and IBF

    Bradley with the WBO

    Khan with the WBA

Too much motion going on right now to rate correctly.
140 - has weaker guys moving up into the division and some belt holders threatening ot move up to 147

147 - has two guys that pretty much won't make a fight with anyone at this point, aside from them the division is relatively empty, Berto and Mosley are there and two guys nobody has heard of hold belts. some belt holders from 140 are moving up but no telling how they'll do

154 - the best fighter in the division can't decide if he's 147, 154 or 160. the second best at 154 is also the best at 160 and a couple of other guys, the third best fighter has questionable stamina and still not certain if he's big enough for this weight, the fourth is a mental midget who jumps out of the ring for no reason and the rest are actually pretty good. it's probably the deepest division out of the three. this is probably the toughest division to move into.
