    1. Pernell Whitaker - Only Hearns/SRR/SRL/Duran/Napoles have good chances to beat him at this weight
    2. FMJ - people will hate that 1 but he's easily the second most skilled on the list
    3. Williams - not sure on this but he's a freak at the weight, he's the 1 fighter who has a shot against
    4. Mosley - beast at the weight, the losses to Forrest/Winky (albeit at 154) put question marks on him. His defense is a tad open and his shots a tad telegraphed. His longevity at the weight is saying allot for him.
    5. Oscar de la Hoya - outboxed by Old Whitaker and Quartey at the weight
    6. Quartey - beat DLH but not sure he'd win a rematch, great jab though, physically strong but also a little predictable and 1 paced
    7. Felix Trinidad - got schooled by the best boxers he faced bar a shot Whitaker, don't rate his chances against skilled boxers at all, people love Trinidad because when he got people into wars his left hook is a thing of beauty but stick and move on him and he's f*cked

Paul Williams ahead of Mosley, Oscar, Ike and Tito? :patsch

Where would you rank Carlos Quintana then?

Yeah I dont agree with that at all. Williams is a freak of nature, but he is in no way a welterweight anymore. I think he will make an excellent junior middle if he can stay there.
