Hagler/LaMotta Zale Burley Gavilan Papke Fullmer I think most would put LaMotta at number one but I can't put him over Hagler. Hagler ate a flush right hand from a prime Tommy and walked through Mugabi. Another guy that deserves mention at middleweight is James Toney. Anyone that can win the belt at 160 and then move up to heavyweight and take shots from Rahman, Peter and Holyfield without being knocked out has a great beard. He would be my choice for number one since I can't recall anyone truly hurting him throughout his 30 year career.
