7. Fernando Montiel (Great win over Hasegawa. I had Hasegawa 13th P4P when Montiel won. That alone puts him right in the mix)

10. Antonio Margarito (He's a cheater. I would put him him ahead of Larios and Mijares, but I can't due to the fact that he was caught cheating and who knows how long he has been cheating. **** him.)

I just don't know how to rate Margarito, so I won't.

As far as the Hall of Fame, Morales and MAB are first-ballot certainties. The Marquez brothers should, and will, make it too.

Castillo and Izzy are borderline. Montiel can make it with another few big victories but he wouldn't make it if he retired tomorrow. The rest don't have a chance imo.
