There were brief rumors of brain damage etc. but Kostya himself said that he had no brain injuries.

    Punching power

Tszyu and Nazarov with Arbachakov slightly behind likely due to his constant problems with his hands.

    Speed

Arbachakov then Nazarov.Tszyu was average here.

    Footwork

    Arbachakov, Nazarov, Tszyu

This was an area Kostya clearly neglected from his more technical Kalule-esque amatuer days

    Defense

I'd need to rewatch some of Nazarov's fights here.Arbachakov better than Tszyu, and this was another area neglected by Kostya in favour of his seek and destroy powerpunching approach to the pro's.

    Chin

    Nazarov, Arbachakov,Tszyu

Not set in stone though:yep as Nazarov might have shown more weakness against better fighters.

    Heart

Arbachakov and Nazarov never showed any weakness in-ring here.Kostya not rematching cool vince sits ill with me and he obviously didn't have the same drive later in his career with all the injuries(whereas Arbachakov simply retired)

    Resume

    Arbachakov, Tszyu, Nazarov

I always liked Thobela, but the ******* was hardly ever in shape.

    H2H

    Arbachakov, Nazarov, Tszyu

    Overall P4P

Arbachakov, Nazarov, Tszyu for me, but i only bother with head to head.Could be six and half a dozen between them depending on your criteria.Kostya had the best longevity.

Dingaan is the Langford of this era (well, he's the no.2 Langford of this time after Guillermo Jones). Ended up fighting f'n Kessler and Bute! Mad fat ****.

btw despite Arbachakov faring better in these sort of "sum of the parts" comparisons, i don't think it would be a given he would beat Nazarov.

ORzubek was a viciously efficient technical puncher.

I don't like those sort of discussions. I can agree Yuri wasn't leagues ahead of Nazarov, but his level of opposition means I see his skillset as more proven.

I have only seen him against Freitas.:verysad

Actually I think Kostya's handspeed often gets underrated.

He had pretty good handspeed early in his career.

Jeff Fenech said Kostya was P4P#1 after Kostya beat LaCoursiere in 1993.:yep

    That's 10 years of total dominance.:deal

Or maybe I've seen some of his early fights?:think

Arthur hasn't left a lasting impression on me.

    Don't say that, he's lora's Saensak-esque love story.

    :yep

Arbachakov is Ricardo Lopez with faster hand speed, better movement fighting guys his own size.
