Thinking about it deeply I'd have it,
    1.Marquez/Hoya
    2.Pacquiao
    3.Mosley

Marquez could be argued has been robbed in every loss except Mayweather, most felt he beat John, Pacquaio really SHOULD be 4-0 or 3-0-1 vs Manny, and Bradley was a close SD that could easily have gone his way.

Oscar fought basically EVERYBODY in prime his only legit loss is Mosley I, I think and a lot of people as well that he beat Trinidad and Mosley in the rematch. Hopkins was a weight to big and Mayweather was really the last time we REALLY saw Oscar.

Manny was a force coming up he's fought every name also, but every names he's fought were coming off beatdown losses, robbery/debatable wins, or a combination of both so despite his accomplishments I do look at that.

Mosley of the bunch is the most overrated to an extent, legit PED controversy, really has only 1-2 good wins at 135, although much credit for jumping 2 division's and winning the 1st fight with Oscar, but he kinda did lose the 2nd then back to back losses to Forrest 2x & Wright 2x. Close fight's with Cotto vs 50/50 a TKO over and overrated Margarito and losing out basically after.

You said Morales was past prime in the third Barrera fight.

Then he has his best win after the Barrera trilogy.

    Go figure.

This guy is a re**** then has the ***** to say i have an agenda...

Barrera was 30-31 when pac beat him with 3 losses on his record and multiple wars, than says JMM was prime at 34 years of age when Pac beat him in the rematch... Then check this out... this dude says a 1 loss physically gifted fighter Pernell whitaker was faded at the ripe age of 33, and Chavez Sr was so badly faded at 34 also with 1 loss that's why oscar beat these guys:patsch Agenda much?:think

Let this be a lesson to people, watching fights on youtube (which is what he told me) is no substitute for watching fights live, along with the buildups to the fight..:deal

Barrera was 29 years old. Peaking in his boxing ability. Sandwhiched between the Hamed, Morales and Morales victories.

Many people on this forum have Pacquiao Barrera I as the greatest victory since Hagler Hearns.

Juan Manuel Marquez- Can be legitimately argued he only lost to Mayweather 2 weight divisions above him.
Imo, the most complete fighter of the 4. Can both box or fight up close in the trenches, both at the highest level.

Shane Mosely- Beat DLH twice, imo beat Cotto. Stopped Margarito who Mayweather and DLH stayed clear of.
Winky was just bigger than he was. The one stain on his record is having lost to Vernon Forrest twice, though imo the 2nd fight was close enough that it could have gone either way.
Forrest was that one bullet for Shane that gave him fits from way back in the amatuers.

Pacquiao- The most physically gifted fighter of the 4, but loses to most top tier technical boxers imo. I think Pacquiao was the least cerebral of the four.

DLH- Exellent fighter no doubt, but imo lost every major fight he was in.
Quartey, Trinidad, Mosley, Hopkins, all beat him when he was prime.
Pacquiao dominated him when past prime.
His biggest win was against a roided but shot Fernando Vargas.

    1. Juan Manuel Marquez

    2. Shane Mosely

    3. Manny Pacquiao

    4. Oscar Delahoya
