After discussing punching power of the best HW champions from the last 50 years, let's discuss their chins.

From 1 to 10 (1 means no punch resistance, 10 means one of the best chins ever)

    Liston
    Ali
    Frazier
    Foreman
    Holmes
    Tyson
    Holyfield
    Bowe
    Lewis
    Vitali
    Wlad

I know a lot of people will put Vlad low on the list but I have seen him also take punches from Haye,Pulev,Povetkin,McCall and others and anyone of the group above could have been ambushed by Corrie Sanders had they not been observant of his dangers (Vitali included)

I think they all have good chins, lets face it Ali is rated high but was dropped badly by Cooper and Banks. Liston was dropped by180lb Marty Marshall and Ali, Foreman by Young

I think a lot has to do with how relaxed a fighter is and if he has the ability to roll with the punch or his style and if aggressive or not

You dont get to be a solid champ like the men above with a poor chin

Wlad has a poor chin that is a fact.
He never met McCall,Haye landed nothing of any significance,Povetkin isn't a big banger, neither is Pulev. Wlad has been kod 3 times in his prime by unranked guys. Foreman walked into a punch from Young when he was nearly exhausted he was up on his feet before the referee could count and only partially down. Banks and Cooper were both good punchers.

Ra's Al-Ghul, you're overrating Oleg Maskaev's chin saying his punch resistance is better than Patterson, Moorer or Morrison and same as Ruiz. Maskaev was ko'd by the first decent punch that Lance Whitaker, Oliver McCall and Corey (not Corrie) Sanders landed. Kirk Johnson needed just few punches to KO him for a few minutes.

No worries, it's about how we interpret it.
