Rather bring back RJJ, but there isn't really anyone close to his level for him to fight today. Or pretty much any other day since at least 1985. He'd clown Ward, Dawson, Cloud... they'd all instantly turn into cabdrivers and Roy would be criticized for not fighting anyone.
How would Roy Jones from the Ruiz fight do against Lebedev? He had enough power to earn the respect from Ruiz and toyed with him, surely Lebedev doesn't stand much chance.
Is there actually a boxer faster than Roy Jones Jr that doesn't rely on showboat flurries? The difference between Roy and all those other "gotta go fast" boxers is that Roy carries dynamite in those 8 punch combinations.
Prime Mayweather. He would whoop everyone's ass from 154 and down. Prime jones would just go back fighting 4 part time boxers to 1 elite fighter.
Not at all convinced that Floyd would beat prime 147 Cotto or Margacheato. Or Pacquiao, for that matter.
Ward and RJJ are quite close actually. If you look at old fights of Roy,like when he fought Woods, Ward was actually in his entourage as a kid.
RJJ was so gifted athletically, i wonder what type of workout numbers he would've put up (40 yard, broad jump, vertical, shuttle, etc).
