Sorry Ali was getting caught a lot by cought straight lefts until he adapted, he also missed a lot of jabs because Karl slipping well.
At first Ali`s punches were really soft and Karl was landing the hardder shots, then Ali turned things around.
Cooper hurt Ali glassy eyed and down, PERFECT LEFT HOOK 180 lb opponent, Then i've ever seen Ali hurt with, And Ali was clowning unmercifully, CLOWN then DOWN. Whats with the red trunks , Ali hits the deck with those Cooper, Frazier, slips vs Bonavena lol.
The turning point was at the end of round 5 when Ali landed his first hard shot, a right hand that dropped Karl.
The turning pont was the fifth round when Ali dropped Karl with a right hand, the next round Karl was cut and backed off the whole round as Ali pressed missing most of his shots due to Karl slipping to his left while putting his right glove to the left side of his jaw and doing the reverse on the other side staying out of the way of any straight punches.
Had Karl had a bigger sock, he would have been a much better fighter, course you could say the same about Joe Bugner.
