    Recipe on how to take Bute is out for the taking.... and Pascal is capable of executing it.

    But this is a different fight (comparing to Froch). It's at 175, + it's a home fight....for both.

    With froch, he can go all 12, against pascal bute may just run the first 4/5 rounds, knowing pascal will gas

    polls seems pretty clear, either Bute by points or Pascal by KO

    Seems the most logical of outcomes, no one seems to think pascal can win on points, with few KD's its probable, Bute can also stop pascal, if jean becomes to aggressive and over eager to take bute out of there.

    As for the fight i think Bute's chin will give out before Pascal's stamina, see it as a 50/50.

    I agree with your ratings apart from one - technique, for example i gave JMM 9/10, so i would at most give bute 8, for me thats pushing it aswell, i gave pacquiao only 8.5, i gave kessler 8, i feel he was more technically correct than Bute. Form and confidence can play a part into this fight aswell, i guess it would show bute's heart to overcome his bad run.

    Maybe true, but i was trying to compensate for the fact that people under estimate a guy's chin after being taken out, need to be careful not to overcompensate.

    I gave Bute a 9 because he throws his punches with very consistent form, his technique when throwing the uppercuts to the body and head are a thing of beauty as well. You rarely if ever see him throw a punch that looks awkward or with bad form. JMM i would probably rate as 9.5/10 as he is as close to perfect as you can get, the smoothness on his combination punching sets him out from the likes of Bute.

    I think form and confidence certainly play a part in this fight, if Bute is scared to throw or commit to his punches in fear of being caught himself, we most definitively have to factor that in. Pascal on the other hand comes across as very sure of himself and wont be having such premonitions and fears. In fact he will be spurred on by knowing about Bute's mental fragility and his weak chin, make no mistakes Pascal will be up for this fight.

    Pascal has a good heart and his offense is better than Bute. Pascal is way more explosive than Bute is, which might cost Bute another L in the ring.

    thanks :thumbsup, they take alot of time though to make - which, i really dont have at the moment.

    The real test of heart comes when he has to overcome something when things are going wrong, he has overcome injuries, but he hasnt ever overcome the fact that he falls behind on cards, against hopkins he looked scared in the first fight, in the second he didnt push himself to get the finish. I think their offense is similar but rated bute higher do to the fact he can fight on the outside and inside, pascal can't.

    Even if it holds, Pascal will have fought only once in 2 years when he'll enter the ring. He had a lot of ring rust in his last fight and his injury didn't help to get rid of it.

    That is indeed a factor in the fight.
