Rating WBO titlists during the 90`s era

    The WBO were just getting established during the 90`s and most WBO titlist were inferior to the three more established organisations champions during that decade, who were the top 10 WBO titlist during the 90`s (all weights) and how good were the fighters they beat to win those titles compared to the other champs for other organisations during that era?

    I think we have better things to do with our time than research this random crap and compile some list.

    But Benn, Eubank, Hamed, de la Hoya, Barrera and Moorer were very very good.

    Vitali Klitschko is up there, but he beat poor opposition. Herbie Hide was not a great heavyweight, but he was a lot better than who Vitali beat to retain the belt.
