I don't trust Marquez and his paper skin. The guy was a good, smart fighter but he didn't really have much else going for him. Laurent had very fast hands which would be a problem for the limited Marquez.
Raul Marquez is the much better fighter. But, he was not a 154 pound fighter. (Or, even close, for that matter)
I think you are thinking of the wrong Marquez Bert. Raul fought almost his whole career at 154 and was an IBF champ until Fernadno Vargas took his title.
You are absolutely right. My mistake. I thought that was an odd matchup. I think i favor Boudouani in this one.
