it's a good protein boost. If you feeling drained, a raw egg or two can give you a boost. Or just add a raw egg when you mixing up your protein mix. In the old milke and egg protein mix I used to add a raw egg, a bannana and some honey to the mix.

Cholesterol follows general health, the reason cholesterol is high can be an inflammation or other internal forms of damage. Diseases, inflammations, cancer, basically every form of damage will lead to high cholesterol. Diet can have a very big influence on it, but it does not have to be. The reason your body is damaged may be a terrible diet over many years, think chronic inflammations in obese people for example. Or someone who simply does not get the nutrients needed to keep his immune system working correctly.

You are correct that eating cholesterol does not directly influence blood cholesterol, but a bad diet can lead to bad health and that definitely has an effect on blood cholesterol.

Well naturally, but I was only addressing cholesterol.

I followed your advice and started drinking tea, and I'm digging it so far. Haven't been able to eat right though, don't buy the groceries I'm afraid. Anytime RDJ comments on nutrition I take note:D
