I was never high on Verdejo, there's a thread somewhere in here where I stated that he would accomplish less than
Juan Ma Lopez (or something to that effect) and all those who claimed he was the future of Puerto Rican boxing
just laughed at that comment. lol

He's not fighting Loma. Loma is gunning for lineal status at LW. Linares is signed & he's probably going to the UK after that to showcase his skills against true gent & warrior Luke Campbell. By that time Beltran will probably have lost his belt anyway.

 

It would make sense for Campbell's team to make the fight with him against Beltran whie Loma fights Linares. Then providing they both win (which I think they would) Lomachenko vs. Campbell becomes a unification fight.
