A good sign instead of the usual trash talk.

    From b-scene.

Ray Hatton, says his son will end up facing Mayweather (tentative for Nov. 10 in Las Vegas), with an announcement expected in early August.

"It looks to me like the Floyd Mayweather fight can be made - and that is one that Ricky really wants. I expect we will make some type of announcement by the start of August, but right now Ricky needs a break," the elder Hatton said.

Ricky needs a break means Ricky needs time to find an opponent not named Floyd Mayweather.

Again, Floyd called his bluff. I'll be happily surprised if this fight ever comes off.

    Totally agree.

I'm hoping for this fight, but have my doubts.

Ricky has talked **** about fighting Floyd since he walked outta the ring after KO'ing Maussa. (I bought that shitty produced PPV for 20 bux in the US)

For some reason he has always fought a lesser opponent.

Can't lay the blame all on Ricky, but it's time for these guys to make it right.

Floyd needs to fight a lion in his prime, and same for Ricky.

You sure have some strange TRANSLATION POWER's:lol:

A month off between training is what he's basically saying.

Floyd called his bluff?? PLEASE!!!!!! That would REQUIRE a counter-offer to the 10 million dollars extended to Floyd. Sure sounds like the Hatton camp believes this will happen.

I must say, I believe it'll happen because Hatton is the biggest payday available for PBF outside of a DLH rematch that NO ONE(including Oscar) wants to see:good I'm on record saying BOTH fighters should get paid well for this and the numbers will probably get some adjusting.

To the doubter's? Who else can Floyd face for more $$$$$$???
Might as well STAY RETIRED, if he cant agree to reasonable terms in this matchup.
