its old as hell that video they are wearing franklin tshirts and pony boots the equipment is old, and SRl has weights on his feet he would not need them at 55 he is not preparing for a fight.
still quality video and the noises make it so calm and relaxed

 

that's an old ass video. dude has a franklin shirt on. does that company exist anymore? also...i think his sparring partner has a gerri curl. i'm guessing late 80's early 90's.
