I pick Leonard as well but I don't think it would be a cakewalk. Burns was a tough SOB and was deceptively quick. He did fight with his hands down and chin up but he was shifty on his feet and could whip in a fast right hand. He wasn't there to be hit as much as many might think. Benny Leonard fought hands down/chin up too but he was constantly moving as well. Still I feel Leonard would adjust mid fight and use his greater hand speed to catch Burns coming in enough to take a majority decision or possible late round stoppage.
