Floyd is more skilled, faster, smarter. Ray would have a ton of trouble finding Floyd.

Whitaker is the only fighter that could beat Floyd by boxing him.

Duran, Hearns, Chavez Sr. these are the types of styles that bother Floyd.

Well said. Would have leaned Leonard anyway, but you are persuasive here.

One thing: Sometimes people rise to the occassion and Floyd has never fought anybody remotely as good and at the same time big as Sugar Ray. Maybe the GOAT in Floyd would come out in a challenge like that.

    That said, SRL UD FMJr.

Floyd's resume is weak, Ray beats him clearly.

Prime Mayweather is at 135 where he had speed and power
    Prime Leonard is at 147
that's why you can't compare them

SRL would be too versatile for Floyd.

I can see SRL using feints to open up Floyd's defence.

Plus SRL will have the power to hurt Floyd, doubt it works the other way around.

Sugar Ray had it all, speed, power, killer instinct. In his prime I see no way Floyd could beat him
