You are both wrong. GGG was neither robbed nor beaten up and outboxed. Time for everybody to find their objective viewing goggles.
Only in this website did GGG get robbed twice, everywhere else and in the real world it was a draw and a Canelo win, and the vast majority of the world feels the fights were very close.
It wa a close fight, but there is no denying GGG took a good beating. Those body shots were brutal, and GGGs face after the fight looked beaten to a pulp. I for one had never seen GGGs face look so busted up, and of course aside the first fight had never seen him take so many punches to the body.
It was a brutal fight but neither guy took a good beating. To say “there’s no denying” is silly, in my opinion. I just pulled the fight back up on DVR and at the final bell, GGG has two slightly swollen eyes and a cut near the right temple. Hardly “beaten to a pulp”. Canelo has a deep gash in left eye lid. He looks the cleaner of the two. Nobody had seen GGG involved in such a brutal contest before, obviously but styles make fights and these two will always be an enjoyable watch for us.
Sad but true. Seems like everyone has their favorite fighters and their agendas around here follow the fighter. Instead of having favorite fighters but appreciating all of them for what they give us and watching their encounters OBJECTIVELY. Doesn’t seem too f*cking hard to me.
You are one of the very few around here who, whenever I see/read one of your posts, always seems to come across as consistently fair & objective.
