Ray Leonard would have destroyed PacMan and Mayweather?

They're all at the same talent level but SRL was a bigger man than either one. Both Pac and Floyd are little guys who are pretty much fighting as heavy as they can realistically go. It would be competitive though.

And yes, Pac is better than Duran. Floyd would whip him too, for that matter. Duran's victory over SRL has a ****load more to do with SRL fighting dumb than anything else, as clearly evidenced by his extremely easy, dominating victories over Duran in subsequent fights.

I see Suger Ray toying with pack, and taking Mayweather to school, at his own game

Duran would of KO'd these guys real quick

Yeah they dont move up because today fighters are spoiled girls compared to those guys, Leoard was smaller but fought Hagler so did Duran.

So you gonna act like Leonard didn't have like 11 or 12 ko's before round 6, why is it so hard to admit that the cab driver gave SRL so many problems

:lol:That was one that stuck out with me as well. One of the primary criticisms of modern boxing among most analysts/old-timers is the abandonment of such techniques, which used to be so prevalent.

Not entirely true, of course, but to act as though feinting is a new age technique is the very height of ignorance.

    Obviously he would.

Both Pac and Mayweather would leave abused and possibly preganant by Leonard.

    Huh?

The same cab driver that trained Floyd Jr.? It's not a question of not being able to admit, it's a question or whether or not it happened at all, which it didn't. You're flat out lying to yourself. Or just trolling. Not entirely sure which.

Of course they were used like crossover's in basketball, but fighters of our age like Floyd, Pac, and Hopkins mastered the art of feints

You claimed he was a slow starter, but he has a bevy of early Ko's, and what does Sr training Jr has to do with anything, are you denying that Jr is 10x, and couldn't produce the same problems from SRL, only that much worse, since Jr is an ATG in his own right

No, they're just among the very few in today's game that actually use them well. They seem like marvels in that area to you because they so far out-stripe their contemporaries. In comparison to guys like Jose Napoles, John Conteh, Eddie Gregory, Sumbu Kalambay, Mike McCallum, Willie Pep, Roberto Duran, Lionel Rose, etc. etc. (just to name a few that come to mind) they're not stand-out at all.

How am I a troll, because I refuse to agree with the concensus, while nobody could answer my 2 simple questions, while majority says say SRL would dominate them both, and also KO them:huh

All I'm simply saying is if lesser fighters gave Leonard problems it's not a stretch that both has a shot to beat SRL in a fantasy matchup

That's it though. Marquez sometimes use them. Morales is good at using them. I think that's about it as far as feints are concerned.

He always began his fights the same way. His punch out-put started low. He'd throw a few shots, maybe a chin-check or two, before really opening up. There are always exceptions to the rule. If one of those chins happened to fail the check-up, he'd take advantage. Just as any other finisher would, and Ray was one of the very best finishers.

Floyd Jr. is obviously much better than his father, but you continue this train of thought that his father troubled Leonard, which is a theory I don't subscribe to at all. Therefore it's difficult to extrapolate how Jr. would do based on that fight. A more similar comparison might be the Benitez fight, which Leonard dominated, not with punching prowess, but highly developed boxing skills.

The part with Duran not being half of the fighter that Pac is shows that you seek attention by stating an opinion that is completely dislocated from reality. High probability of an attention seeking troll
