p4p they are a similar level fighter imo, but Hatton may be a little too big for Ray at 140. I'd probably take Hatton on points, 9-6 at 140 against the Ray that fought Camacho in 1989.
Hatton too big for Mancini who was best at Lightweight. Ray would be competitive early by boxing, but the fight would go into the trenches and Ray would get cut and maybe stopped late if a 15 round fight.
