    Yeah, the KIMBO fight is a fine indication of what will go on in a boxing ring.

    KIMBO took Ray down, because he didn't want to get KOd standing up, this next opponent won't have that option.

    I saw Mercer live against Rossy back in Jan and it was really sad, he got dogs abuse from the crowd he did so little and was just totally shot.
    I'm a little surprised he beat 'The Black Sonny Liston', bad as Hersisia is. This is the guy that got sparked by Fraudley Harrison the night the big man won his world title...the WBF or something like that.

    Mercer's totally washed up, no doubt, but as ridiculous as it sounds, I think he would beat Bowe if they fought. Bowe is BEYOND washed up, he really shouldn't be allowed to fight anywhere. It's not even a given he'll beat that tomato can he's supposed to fight this weekend.

    I haven't seen Bowe fight since the mid 90's, I heard he looked like **** against a can a couple of years ago. At least big Ray has been active...not that he moves much when in the ring though. He still managed to drop Rossy in the last round :lol: . He was one hard ******* in his prime.

    I've got a copy of Bowe-Zumbrun...it's pretty sad.

    Bowe's jab still thumped but having 280lbs behind it probably helped a lot there. He nails Zumbrun with a great body shot in the 4th and it's actually kinda surprising Zumbun gets up from it. His right uppercut still hit well.

    But he was slow as a glacier and his defence was even worse than before. When Zumbrun opened up at the end of the 5th and 10th rounds it was truly scary for Bowe, both times you could well argue that the bell saved him.

    I haven't seen Mercer fight since Briggs in, what was it, 2005?
