Ray Mercer top 5 wins

TSs top 5 and Ocasio are clear top 6 here. Theres a huge jump to number 7 and beyond.

 

Chagaev was in Rings top 5 4x and Chambers twice. Morrison and Damiani are not on their level. But even if you think they are based on the eyetest or something Mercers resume is a barren wasteland after his best 6 wins. Povetkins is not.

Both Byrd and Rahman shot or not hadn't lost to anyone except Wlad in years when Povetkin fought them. Byrd had just lost a more major belt than the Damiani/Morrison/Mercer WBO.
