I see Mercer struggling here and losing on points. Thoughts?

Ernie Terrell used to use a lot of holding and leaning on his adversaries, to cause them to be fatigued later in the bout. When Muhammad Ali was preparing for him in 1967, he was taught how to counter act Ernie's grappling by keeping his arms straight down by his sides, when Terrell tried to clinch. Ray Mercer would have some trouble because he likes to punch, which could spell trouble for Ray. Mercer would have to take out Terrell early by being the aggressor, as Thad Spencer was in their June 1967 fight, in the WBA Heavyweight Title Tournament, Spencer decked Ernie enroute to a unanimous 12 round decision. I see Mercer taking out Terrell by a TKO 6 stoppage.

I really like Earnie in this.

2 jabs and hold. And Mercer is happy in there not having to work hard, so he will be to very content to fight a dull fight. Mercer does better against guys trying to hurt him and exchanging. Not happening with this opponent. This would make for a snoozefest and compete with the Berbick/ ST Gordon bout for boredom.
