    I think Tate has a good chance here but I favour Mercer on points. Thoughts?

    Big John Tate, that's an early ABC Champ! Wasn't he killed in a road crash? Anyway, yes Tate manages to out box Ray to get himself a points win.

    Tate was big and strong, would be similar to Holmes/Mercer. But ray could punch. If he lands clean he could knock out Tate
