Mercer is vastly overrated because of almost killing the similarly overrated Tommy Morrison, and giving Lewis a good fight.

At the end of the day, Mercer is a guy who lost to Jesse Ferguson, lost to post-40 Holmes, and almost lost to Ossie Occasio. He should have lost to an archaic version of Withspoon but for creative judging.

Then again, all of those guys were hot and cold.

I say he loses handily to Witherspoon, Thomas, Berbick and Tate, and all the rest are a coin flip. Maybe favored against Bonecrusher and Cooney, who would hit him with the big punch, and find that nothing happens and they don't have a plan B.

Dokes and Page might just crumble if they are coked out or fat, respectively. Or they might hang in and comfortably outbox him if in good shape.
