I believe he loses to Monzon and possibly to Hagler. He beats Hopkins and Jones.

I like him over all, with Monzon being very difficult.

Monzon's size might be a problem. He decisions Hagler, Hopkins and Jones.

Ketchel, from what I have read, would have gave him a hell of a fight.

I think he could beat them all, with Monzon and Jones being the most difficult.

Ray wins them all but,,that Monzon fight. Heres the deal, I saw old man Griffith tag Carlos with lead right hands in their second fight and make it a very close decision. Emile did it with great timing and skill even though he had slowed down alot. Rodrigo and Benny Briscoe also reached Carlos' jaw with stunning right hands. A taller, longer armed and faster Robby should have been able to catch and stun Monzon enough to win the decision. I think he would have a shot at stopping him also.

I once made a thread about my 86 yeear old friend saying Robinson/Haglar would be a candidate for fight of the deacade in any decade.

He is favored against none of them, with the possibility of a win against a greener Roy at MW(prior to his peak at SMW).

Otherwise, he'd have a decent shot against Hagler(though I'd favor Marvin) and perhaps Hopkins, but not much of a shot against Monzon. He would do well against all of them, I just wouldn't favor a natural WW against the very best MW's of all time in a head to head matchup.

Well, I'd recommend watching Ketchell, that will probably change your mind.

I like Monzon and Hagler over him. Hopkins and Jones are pretty close bets.
