Well, Beltran almost lost to Paulus Moses in his last fight and Andreev can't be too bad (I admit I have no idea who he is) – his record looks ok and he is a mandatory (not just a random cherry-picked guy), so this fight could go either way, actually. The point is Lomachenko should fight the winner when he comes back. The situation here might be a little bit similar to the Pacquiao/Horn/Crawford one.
