RAZA Mares vs Ponce De Leon

    RAZA!!!!

    Who are you rooting for, Mares or Ponce?? Damn,, such a great fight. For me, when MEXICANS fight eachother,its a love/hate thing. I LOVE that it will definitely be a war, HATE that one of the Mexicans have to lose. Mares is probably the top Mexican Boxer after JMM, Ponce has IMPROVED A TON from a wild slugger, which shows he's dedicated to tha sport, he also has done well for himself with wins over Johnny Gonzalez & Broner.... I think Im leaning towards rooting for Mares, although best case scenario is a GUERRA & a Draw

    I'm rooting for Mares. I might include him into my team too.

    Let's not underrate Ponce De Leon, as you said he has wins over Gonzalez and Broner, and this is his weight division whereas Abner is new to the weight.

    I'm going with PDL, I love when two boxers who I am fans of fight, I have high hopes for this.

    I don't like Mares at all.. He uses so much dirty tactics that I hope someone beats his ass up so I'm going with PDL.

    Love Ponce but a win is more valuable for Mares, I want Mares to go down as one of the best of this era f

    You gotta love the way Mares is always trying to test and challenge himself with tough competition. Going up in weight against PDL is not easy to do, it's not like PDL is showing any decline. PDL is actually on a roll right now and is a dangerous opponent for anyone.

    Hard to root for against either one, but I'm leaning toward wanting to see Mares pull it off but in a clean fashion.

    Yeah it is, I love the way Mares challenges himself. He's going up in weight and taking on a dangerous and larger PDL without a tune-up. You don't like that? Don't you wish more fighters did this?

    You dislike him due to those Lowblows. But if the ref is not calling anything, he'll continue to do so believing he's throwing legal shots.
