  2. Adrian Patrick, KOKINGS promoter of the fight couldnt agree on a purse amount for Razor....!!! Ruddock wanted more than the $2,500 offered

$2500 thats fukin it.............i would pull out also

  4. I got 2 fighters on the show; Sharif Kemp and Keandre Leatherwood...!!! This promoter is notorious for being cheap!!!

I figured Razor should atleast get $5,000 to $7,500....!!!

Ruddock being lowballed isn't such a bad thing imo.
Unless we get a veteran circuit, guys like him need to face their time is up.

A veteran's circuit is the very last thing boxing needs. Imagine Roy Jones, Razor Ruddock and Evander Holyfield battling away in 2030 :patsch

If you had once been a world class fighter would you train for 6 weeks and fight a 300 lb gorilla for $2500?

Why should He care? If Ruddock can make it the big money will come in down the road.
Why are all the greats from the great 90's so worrid about the money in their first few come back fights?

In this socalled weak era it should be easy for a 90's great like Ruddock to take out any of the top ten bums today..........That is " If " it's really weak!

If you are only coming back for money. Which is usually the case. What you get offered in all important. $2500 doesn't pay a lot of accumulated debt off.
