Ruddock that fought tyson has a good shot, he showed good chin and helluva heart... Ate some devastating punches.
However, i favor tua but ruddock is a live underdog

Tua was there to be hit,Razors crushing uppercut or left hook landing enough would topple if not hurt Tua badly.

Razor is the much better boxer/bigger faster and stronger. Ruddock struggled with tall fighters, and Tua is no tyson. the differance between Ike and Ruddock actually is speed and more fluidness, other than that ,it shows Ruddock should win this fight.

Ruddock by 10th round k.o, after Tua just cant take anymore.

Actually that should in reality go to the guys who think foreman in the 70's had a better chin than the 90's one. The differance is Ruddock knocking out Tua is certainly more believable bc it could happen ,where video evidance shows Foreman had the better chin in the 90's,back to square one for you. :flipa:

I was a big Ruddock fan during his heyday, but his defensive lapses and his willingness to simply swing for the fences looking to land the "Smash" would make him right there to be hit by Tua. It would be a wicked battle of two great left hookers. I would probably favor Tua since he had the better beard. Ruddock would have to really tee off to stop Tua, as David was packing iron in his chin.. Im certain Tua can hurt anyone he can land on.. Ruddock I'm sure will be right there in the exchanges in the "danger zone" and I'd assume Tua eventually gets him unless Ruddock gets him first. But my pick would be Tua Ko8

prime tua was probably not as good as the '91 Tyson who twice beat Ruddock but had a similar style and attributes. I think Tua would stop Ruddock late. Ruddock's chin was not good enough to stand up to Tua for the full duration, and unless he reverted to the boxing style he used earlier in his career, like against Mike Weaver, he would lose this mathup. Tua would be able to take Ruddocks blows and if Ruddock insists on rumbling, he will get tkod at some point.

Yep,ppl just dont get it. Unless you think Tua is better than 91 Tyson ( LOL ) hes not winning this , b/c he would need to be. How we went from comparing how Ruddock did vs Lewis as well is a mystery since he is 6'5 not 5'10 as is Ruddock 6'3 to Ike Ibeubuchi who was 6'2 ?

You compare the similar opponents when doing match ups, this shouldnt really be that difficult..Ruddock wins at least 80% of the time if its the late 80/s early 90's one.

Ruddock never lost to anyone under 6'0 tall other than Tyson who was 3x better than tua in 1991 it would be a good one sided beat down in favor of ruddock who would have target practice on the limited Tua....sorry Dolt ...troll else where.

Could see either guy getting the knockout. Tua has great chin but Ruddock's smash is hard to take and I could see him getting home with it a number of times on Tua possibly knocking him out.
