    Ross purrity ko's Wlad.

So are we judging this matchup by the worst fights these guys have fought??

For the record, I'll take Ruddock, ko-4 over Haye.

I would make Wlad and Razor a toss up to whoever lands their bomb first.

And I would pick Vitali by easy UD.

Are you shitting me? Ruddock has a good pedigree,:patsch Who the hell did he ever beat that would make you think he would stand a chance against either brother... or even Haye for that matter The dude Ruddock was stopped by David Jaco 24 wins 25 losses Long before he fought Tyson And Jaco makes Purrity look like a great fighter. Ruddock never amounted to **** he lost every time he stepped up no amount of rose tinting him will change that :deal
He wasn't really a murderous puncher as some seem to remember 65% ko ratio.. against mostly bums... You all look at the highlights and forget how flawed he was.
Also Tyson had a problem with tall fighters him losing twice to Tyson one time by TKO and one by decision both times being way behind on the cards makes him great somehow :huh Tyson looked great against smaller fighters but when they started getting larger around 6'3 and could box moderately well Tyson had a load of problems most of his losses and fights that went to the cards were against tall fighters.

    Larry Holmes (6'3): Destroyed
    Bonecrusher Smith (6'4): Totally dominated
Tony Tucker (6'5): Defeated with relative ease
    Pinklon Thomas (6'3): Stopped
    Frank Bruno (6'3): Dominated...stopped...twice
    Tyrell Biggs (6'5): Brutalised
Carl Williams (6'4): 1 round job

    Larry Holmes 38 washed up.

" Tyson looked great against smaller fighters but when they started getting larger around 6'3 and could box moderately well Tyson had a load of problems most of his losses and fights that went to the cards were against tall fighters."

Thanks for helping me prove my point :deal he more often then not could not knock out taller fighters.

    Tucker w12
    Smith w12
    Danny Williams ( loss )
Holy was actually 6"2 and a half (loss x 2)
    Lewis ( loss )
    Green w12
    Mcbride (Loss)
    Douglas (loss )
    Ruddock w12

Fighters he did ko over 6'3
    Ancient washed up holmes
    thomas
    bruno
    brigs
    williams..
    Ruddock

Now what is tyson's record with fighters 6'2 and smaller :deal Tell me height didn't cause him problems.

Now what again was this dominating pedigree of ruddock? Who were all these greats And who as a better fighter Purrity or Jaco? The dude had 65% against mostly bums why did he always lose when he stepped up the comp.

You listed Williams and McBride. You stupid ****. Didn't even list Biggs, Williams, Bruno, or Thomas. All fighters Tyson stopped who were 6'3 and above. Likewise, you didn't list the first Ruddock fight, a fight he won by stoppage. You're also suggesting that just because fighters saw the distance that they posed problems for Mike? Most of them either had granite chins or they were in survival mode for the majority.

You flawed, biased, agenda-driven ***ot. Oh ****, Wladimir didn't stop Ibragimov...he had REALLL problems.

I don't understand the revisionist historyy of Holmes being ancient and washed up when he fought Tyson. He was 39 and had only lost to one opponent, and then went on to win a slew of fights after.

It was the only fight he was ever knocked out in, before or after.

Yup, he'd go on to inflict the first defeat in the career of Ray Mercer.

Ruddock is nowhere near the K brothers in skill/talent

I will give him a 1 out of ten times against Wlad because Wlad has pussjaw

Vitali would kick the **** out of him and KO him by 8

Haye is much faster and more skilled but has pussjaw as well. Haye 6 times out of ten.

Ruddock was KO'd by Morrison, who was about on Rahman's level.

Everybody starts masturbating at a crazy pace once a fighter retires it is pathetic. Ruddock's had power but how often did he actually land cleanly on someone for it to be of use? 28 times in 44 fights, not exactly consistent. People remember himbecause when he actually did connect, he had brutal power, go watch some ****in tape on this guy, he is NADA. And the people he did land on, had worse defense and reflexes than all three mentioned.

Well its kind of hard because the best matchups Ruddock ever had he lost them all..
Razor's power is overrated i think you are thinking of his highlights and not the fighter he actually was how many good boxers did he ever wax? Dude couldn't even finish take out a chinny Morrison yet he somehow hangs with Wlad, Vitaly, And even Haye :huh who is basicaly a faster morrison ( power ) shaky chin. I get the whole nostalgia thing but seriously? Ruddock

I'm going to pretend you don't exist, and not just because your alias is both a ***** to pronounce and type, but primarily because you're an ******* who doesn't know the slightest thing about being objective.

Morrison is better than Purrity, Brewster and Sanders.

Again are we judging the fighters at their peak or from their worst performances?

Tyson looked great against smaller fighters but when they started getting larger around 6'3 and could box moderately well Tyson had a load of problems most of his losses and fights that went to the cards were against tall fighters.

Now tell me again what part of that was not true? You cant can you...

What fighters under 6'2 could not go into survival mode or do you think because they were shorter they somehow were icapable of going into survival mode :huh also they must of had bad chins? since only tall fighters he faced could have granite chins... :huh
Funny Someone who thinks Ruddock was something special calling someone else Flawed, biased, and agenda driven... Is just funny.. Who were all these greats who Ruddock laid waste to? What is this awesome pedigree he has again. And when did he step up in class and not be embarrassed again yet somehow you think he would hang with the best of today?

By the way you idiot ruddock is on both lists so maybe you should read again :deal And yes it suggests that taller fighters posed stylistic problems height & reach weight, Every opponent he lost to was at least 6'3 ( besides holy who was half an inch shorter then 6'3 ) and all but one fighter who made it to the final bell was the same... Now again how many smaller fighters beat him or even made it to the final bell? And does that not suggest that height gave him problems :deal
