You have the mentality of a child. Schmeling was a FAR FAR greater fighter than Rudduck, had a better chin and was former hwt champion of the world. Baer stopped Schmeling primarily with his right hand as he would stop the inept Rudduck.
:blah Couldn't care less who's "greater." But I'd bet a whole paycheck that a) Ruddock destroys Schmeling; b) Ruddock doesn't get knocked unconscious by Daniels; and c) Schmeling doesn't last nearly as many rounds against 1991 Tyson.
just watched some max baer fights on youtube how anybody thinks he can beat 1988 to 1991 donovan ruddock is beyond me atschatschatsch
Add yourself to the growing list of boxing fans who don't know anything about the sport of boxing. Study up!
More pointless platitudes followed by insults. Again, you have zero credibility until you offer any an alysis of substance.
So all you know about baer is the fights that you just watched today on youtube? Then your opinion should be taken very seriously lmao. But you are right about a thing...Baer would not beat ruddock.. He destroys him
ruddock is the most overrated guy in history. He built his name with 2 loses with tyson. He got destroyed by any prime puncher that he fought like morrison and lewis( i know i know the excuse will be that he was in his peak in 1991 and then he was shot in 1992. Laughable). Until 1984 he weighed under 200 pounds even in the 180s . he not just lost to a bum like david jaco but he could not stop him in 8 rounds . He won a ****PY SD AGAINST A 35 YEARS OLD WEAVER. All he did was beating A SHOT MICHAEL DOKES( IN HIS PRIME WAS NOT A GREAT THING). And Beating a fat 36 years old James smith Who was very very close to knock Him the **** out. Smith landed a right hand and ruddock did fly literally on the ring like a rag doll, simply smith was overweight and old to keep it up the time enough to finish the job.A prime smith destroys him no question about it.max baer had great stamina and did hit harder than smith.. His right hand was his weapon number 1.He would finish the job
The split decision over Weaver was BS.. Ruddock soundly outboxed Hercules in the same year that Weaver sparked a prime Carl Williams, and this was when Donoven had something like 13 fights. Michael Dokes was on the decline but still a formidable opponent and ranked in the top 5 by all three alpha organizations and got dispatched in four rounds. He blasted out 24-0 Phillip Jackson. He gave a still young Tyson fits.. He had 10 fights when he fought Jaco and hadn't filled out physically yet. He had fought all but once in 2.5 years when he entered the ring with the Duke, yet still decked him and probably fell victim to an early stoppage later. I agree that Ruddock is overrated but your criticisms shouldn't be without explanation... And frankly Ruddock never lost nearly as many fights as Baer some of which were to journeyman and fringe guys while still being under age 30.
If you know so much why don't you go work for ESPN ? All you've done since you've arrived is throw around a bunch of bluster about how inept everyone else is while offering little else than your own opinion... How unique....
You are the one acting like a child. I was just trying to have a discussion, which is what we do here, and you dismiss me like a troll and than start the personal insults. We used to be cool, sorry to see you go this way. I can throw your name in the pile with Mcvey, hegrant, Dinovelvet, and all the others on here not worth replying to.
