I think Razor is too hesitant with his shots. Ron Lyle will be pushing for the win early if he gets hurt, he will- he’ll walk into something and so will Ruddock it’s just Lyle will be breathing on his upper lip right after and rumbling chest to chest if Ruddock doesn’t try to pull out- which he won’t. Lyle is a guy who will destroy you if you let him fight the way he wants. It’ll look like a more one sided Lyle-Foreman bout. Lyle has a better temperament for this sort of fight.
Lyle on occasion could box effectively , Razor? I think he was a better boxer earlier in his career before he fell in love with throwing the smash. I might lean Lyle but a Razor win by KO is very plausible
You know.. Either man could end up unconscious here! I'm gonna go with Ruddock climbing off the floor, to come back and stop Lyle in 8.
No idea. Ruddock has a better resume, so I guess Ruddock? All I can say is that I'd love to watch this. Has the potential to be a sloppy rubber match.
Lyle wins with a sensational knockout. Rudduck’s reputation was solely built on not getting KO’d in 1 by a rusty Tyson. Tyson was never the same after leaving Rooney. Fans, press, promoters all wanted to believe he was back because he was one of the top 3 draws in heavyweight history. But he was never Tyson again. Ruddocks marquee wins were a washed up Greg Page and a well past it Dokes and Weaver. A created contender. His other big moments, Morrison and Lewis, he got blasted. Of the dozen or so other names of the era, he didn’t fight any of them. That camp probably new actually fighting any of the names puts him out of the picture. Lyle gave a great version of The Greatest a real fight. Almost took out Foreman in a smoker. Only guy to ever really buckle Big George. Fought a lot of great fighters. Of those half he lost mostly in competitive fights, half he won. Lyle was legit.
