Both men have their first names on their shorts...nice of them! Sadly both are in ref and black

1-Wataru has an outboxer, Joker appears to be more of an uncultured boxer, should be interesting. Definitely huge difference in styles. Wataru cut from a head clash, doctor inspects it but we go on.

Wataru gets the round for me

Sorry yeah I should have clarified, was a positive PCR test (Covid19). First time a Japanese fighter has had their day before fight PCR test come back positive for Covid.

2-Joker starting quicker this round, he's pressing more and Wataru struggling with the pressure, and another clumsy clash sees Joker deducted a point...2 good right hands from Wataru but he takes a big one himself, gumshield out - Watura's.

The guy is an agent of chaos I see!

Well that was a ****ing mess of a round with a the breaks

3-Wataru trying to keep range as he runs away from Joker, Joker gets him in a headlock and down they go! Slip! Joker marches in looking to take the fight to the inside and Wataru holds, Joker comes in head first and now he's cut, all the pressure coming from Joker as Wataru holds and tries to create space. Really is a mess.

4-More pressure from Joker and I think he he hurt Wataru for a second, Wataru holds, and holds again, more pressure from the Batman rogue who is determined to reign down chaos in the ring, Wataru continues to frustrate the evil mans terror by keeping his enemy close with tight, body to body contact, must be about 10 clinches in this round, Wataru rocked! huge bombs from Joker and Wataru clinches again. Wataru taken to the doctor to look at the cut...and we get the bell..technical decision coming up...

I might be wrong but I think Ando is in the red (can see KG which is his gym)...if that's wrong swap the names around and call me an idiot

1-Ando boxing at range, using his jab and moving well, Takane pressuring slowly and pressing without much success. Clash of heads sees them broken up but no damage. Ando continued boxing well after the bout continued.

2-Takane trying to up the pressure level, Ando still boxing very nicely and controlling range well, good body shots from Ando, Takane is pressing more and more, Ando continues to box well, racking up the eye catching shots at range - not much on them but plenty are landing, Takane gets through with a good right hand.

    2-0 Ando

3-Takane continues to press and give a good effort, he's just not quick enough to keep up with Ando and his movement, Ando dropping his hands now and toying with Takane at times, very much an easy outing here for Ando by the looks of things. Can see something of Reiya Abe's style with him (they are both KG Yamato fighters).

    3-0

4-Ando picking and poking with his jab, looks very, very comfortable at the moment, nothing much coming back from Takane, a good counter does land from Takane when Ando works up close, hands down jab, move, jab, move from Ando, not the most exciting but it's clearly winning him rounds and Takane doesn't have an answer, nice burst of shots from Ando late as he puts his foot on the gas.

    4-0

5-Nothing new to report. Ando too quick, talented, and smart to get in a war, Takane too slow and too happy to follow to make the fight pattern change. It's going to either be wide decision Ando or a thunder bolt KO from Takane in the final round.

    5-0

6-More of the same, Ando boxing well but not exciting at all, Takne trudging with little real energy or intent, nice body shots from Ando, oh ! Takane with a bomb and Ando holds, and holds again, Ando's recovered and gets back to keeping it long and safe, Takane is giving it a good go here, now, but too little too late, Takane keeping the shots flying late on and Ando looks tired but should make it to the bell...yup ding ding.

    5-1 Ando.

    Ando gets the decision

    Next up Kai Ishizawa (6-1, 6) v Masashi Tada (13-7-3, 8)
This has the potential to steal the show!
