    Technical draw.

    Didn't see clearly what caused the cut but I'd bet aganst it being a headbutt.

    Exactly.

    It sounds like ESB has a habit out of ignoring bad cuts, just like they did with the Miguel Cotto vs Joshua Clottey fight. Montiel only started having issues when his eye was cut, and it started closing up really badly. Rough translation? He was a one eyed fighter in that third round.
