On G+ shortly we'll get the next Dynamic Glove. The card is headlined by WBO #1 ranked Super Featherweight Masayuki Ito taking on the under-rated Vergil Puton whilst others on the card include Yohei Tobe, Koki Eto and Kenji Ono, so we should be in for a fair bit of action! http://boxrec.com/en/event/765067
Hidekazu Aso (0-1) Vs Hiromasa Urawakawa (0-0) [Name might be transcribed wrong] 1-Aso almost down after 10 seconds, Hiromasa out there to make a statement on his debut and is showing a nice jab, a solid right hand. Aso now looking more comfortable and beginning to come forward, they trade a right hand up top, solid right by Hiromasa (unsure on his surname so we'll still with Hiromasa which he has on his shorts), huge trio of rights by Hiromasa
2-Hiromasa coming forward with his jab looking like his key, tempo has dropped off a bit here -nervous energy gone, big well times rights from Hiromasa and he gets Aso into the corner, he's going for the finish but Aso rides the first wave, Aso has a bit of a fight back as Hiromasa backs off - he put a lot into that attack earlier. Aso finished that round on top but lost the round early on
3-Pace easing off as Hiromasa invites Aso's pressure, nice body shot, a right hand, a stiff jab all from Hiromasa. Aso forced to fight his way off the ropes, huge right hand on the clacker by Hiromasa
4-A gruelling round but Hiromasa coming forward through out and another one for the debuting Teiken man, who looked stronger through out
1-Fujioka applying pressure behind his southpaw jab and left hand, Horiike looking like he's not shared the ring with a southpaw (remarkable given the number of them at the Teiken gym where he trains!), Horiike had a short burst of success but Fujioka again on the front foot and takes the round.
2-Horrike being given absolute hell here as Fujioka comes forward behind his left hand pushes him back, good little combination from Horiike but a left snaps his head back
3-Horiike out with bad intentions now and swinging in some hayemakers, Fujioka sees out the storm and fires back, this is a bit messy with both missing their biggest shots but a better round for Horiike as Fujioka has slowed a touch.
4-Fujioka again on the front foot, bot as effective as he was earlier and Horiike is pushign him backward and making this more competitive than in the early stages. Huge finish by Horiike, both fighters think the ref has stopped it as Horiike was piling it on, but the bell rang and that's why he dragged them apart (Fujioka was asking whe he'd stopped it and Horiike was celebrating lol)
5-Horiike going to the body a lot now, he seems to feel Fujioka is fading and is pretty intense with his aggression, Fujioka trying to fight back but struggling to keep any consistency with his attack, a second big round for Horiike, despite some moments for Fujioka who looked to be talking to his man late in the round
6-Horiike on the front foot and Fujioka down-low blow, Horiike stays on the front foot at the restart, this is getting very tough for Fujioka whop is crouched in a defense posture and being beaten across the ring, all Horiike now, and Fujioka glad to see the bell
7-Horiike continues to hunt a stoppage, he's caught by a counter but Fujioka lacks the energy to follow up, Horiike continuing to dig the body, more of the same through the round, with Fujioka trying to fight back but not having the energy to put up much of a fight back
8-Fujioka giving the round everything he had, trying to turn the fight around, and perhaps look to escape with a draw, but Horiike didn't roll over and give the round away. Expecting a decision for Horiike, who took the middle rounds of the fight Edit- And Horiike does indeed get the decision!
