9-3 is a very bad card.

Thats was a close, competitive fight. Not the greatest quality but a good watch.

I don't think it's a bad card as such. It doesn't mean the judge didn't think the rounds were close, just that Gutknecht did more to win the rounds.

It gives every close round to the same fighter, its hard to argue Uzelkov won less than 4 rounds.

Decent start for Arthur. Quigg being patient though but still, 10-9 JA.

I only scored 4 rounds to Uzelkov tbh, and I have no problem with Gutknecht getting the majority of those close rounds. If a judge doesn't think Uzelkov did enough to win a round compared to Gutknecht and the next round is pretty much the same, why would he score it differently?

Uzelkov lost that fight in my book just as much as Gutknecht won it. He allowed Gutknecht to steal close rounds by throwing too many single shots and not following up with the jab, and when he did appear to have Gutknecht hurt in the later rounds he left him off the hook by reverting back to type the next round.

They shouldn't alternate the close rounds for the sake of it though.
